Description

Sunny, nice furnitured,parqueted double room with two single bed. The room is in 3rd floored large accessorized flat, with 2 bathrooms, situated in an elegant very clean building with concierge, lift and garden, 1 sec walking distance from the famous Bocconi university. Shops entertainment places, libraries, restaurants supermakets, buses metro, are down the corner. You reach city centre on foot. In the monthly rent of 450 are included: condominium fee, garbage, heater, water taxes. IT is not included elettricity, gas and internet (around 25euro per month). Contract period: i can accept booking request only until 31of august, not before. For 6months of rent i ask only one monthly rent as deposit, for longer period 2 montly rent as deposit....
